Progressive Training: Over the course of 12 weeks, you will gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of your workouts, allowing your body time to adapt and grow stronger.
Accountability and Support: The program includes regular check-ins and support, keeping you motivated and on track throughout your journey.
Measurable Results: You will be able to track your progress and see tangible results, whether it's increased strength, weight loss, or a more toned physique.
Flexibility and Convenience: The program is designed for you and your convenience, based on the equipment you have available either in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. You will be able to adjust or modify as your schedule dictates, giving you the flexibility to fit your workouts into your busy schedule.

Hold up, wait a minute!
Yep. You're right, and you are in good company. There are so many people who say the exact same thing. I was there too. And I was so tired of the constant roller coaster. Most programs focus on quick results but never address the real issue - long term effectivity. And I'm going to be honest with you, because I believe in 100% transparency, if you train with me for 8 or 12 weeks and then go right back to what you're doing today, this isn't going to last either. But that's why I work hard to help you understand how you can incorporate these healthy changes into your life in a permanent way.
This is something we will discuss on our first call so that all the cards are on the table. I will develop the program to fit whatever you can REALISTICALLY commit to each week. If that means 30 minutes for 5 days, that's what we'll work with. If you think you can carve out 45 min but only 3 times a week, I can work with that too. The key is to be honest with me and with yourself, and then understand the expectations of progress and results will need to align with the amount of time you can put in. I'm always willing to go the extra mile for you in order to make the most out of the time you have. And I can be completely flexible week over week to make sure we align with what you have on your plate.
My costs are based on a very competitive hourly rate and based on the amount of time I know I'll be putting into creating your program. The truth is, you probably could find a less expensive option, but it will likely come at a different kind of cost. Typically paying less means more work for you, and I'm pretty sure that's exactly where you're here in the first place - because you don't have the time to do all the work and research yourself!
If I started all over again, I’d skip the years I spent pounding the pavement hoping that cardio was the permanent solution. If I had known truly that muscle burned fat way more effectively and sustainably than anything else - that it was, in essence, my “fat burning engine,” I would have picked up free weights on day 1. And if I also knew that there was really no risk of “bulking” up without intentionally doing so, I wouldn’t have been so hesitant to start strength training.
Bottom line, I REALLY could have used a Susan when I started down this road, but I didn't know that online personal training existed. I couldn't hire someone to work with me at the gym because my schedule was so inconsistent that I would have been cancelling and rescheduling constantly. When I was traveling for work, I had no one to help keep me accountable. I had every excuse under the sun... and they were legit! If only someone had been available to coach me online, give me the tools I needed, helped me work around my schedule, and kept me accountable - it wouldn't have taken me years to get here.
